Two tracks, one engine

Creator training. Up-and-coming UGC creators learn directly from top creators in the industry: how to make efficient, high-performing content that actually converts.
Creator ↔ startup matching. Trained creators and established ones get matched with our startups to run their full distribution, so companies start cash flowing fast instead of shouting into the void.

Founder matching. Operators and potential co-founders get linked with an idea or startup they genuinely align with.
Talent bench. Startups in the incubator hire from a pool of people we already know and have trained, instead of gambling on strangers.

FIVE is built on one belief: talent is everywhere, access isn't. This is the program that fixes access most directly.
